Which platforms is Musairec on?
Android and the web, both out now: download it from Google Play or open it at musairec.app. iOS is coming soon.
Does my audio leave my phone?
Only when you ask for something that needs a server. Transcription, chord detection, instrument tagging and waveforms run on your device. Stem separation uploads the recording, processes it and sends the parts back. AI suggestions upload the MIDI transcription, not the audio. Cloud sync backs up your recordings on plans that include it.
Do you train AI on my recordings?
No. You own your recordings. We do not use them to train generalized AI models, and we do not use them for advertising.
What are credits?
A monthly allowance for AI suggestions: one credit per suggestion, with the cost shown before you run it. Pro includes 300 a month and Studio 600. Everything else in your plan, including transcription and stem separation, costs no credits. How credits work.
Is there a free trial, and how do I cancel?
Pro and Studio start with a 14-day free trial, which becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically; to stop the next renewal, cancel in your app store account settings, or through the billing portal for web purchases, at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. What happens to my cloud recordings if my plan ends?
Once your paid plan, trial and any included cloud-sync period have all ended, your cloud copy stays downloadable for 30 days, is kept for a further 60 days, and is then deleted. Recordings stored on your device are not affected.
