How credits work

Credits are a monthly allowance for the AI features that are charged per use. Today that is AI suggestions: one credit per suggestion generated, and the cost is shown in the app before you run it. Everything else in your plan — transcription, stem separation, cloud sync, exports — is included and costs no credits. Stem separation is subject to the fair-use terms in our Terms.

How many you get

• Pro — 300 credits a month.
• Studio — 600 credits a month, on a higher-quality suggestion model.
• Free trial — 75 credits for the trial period.
• Free plan — no suggestion credits.

Annual plans get the whole year’s credits up front, with a monthly ceiling on how many can be spent in any one month. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, and unused credits do not roll over. If you run out, suggestions pause until your next reset or until you move to a plan with a larger allowance; nothing else changes and nothing is deleted.

Changing your plan

Credits belong to the plan that granted them. If you change plans part-way through a cycle, credits left over from the plan you are leaving expire when that plan’s billing cycle ends, and the new plan’s allowance is granted when the store bills you for it. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts; refunds are handled as described in the Terms.

If these numbers change

Allowances, what a feature costs, and which features are credit-priced can change for future billing periods, never retroactively. This page is updated when they do.
